The Murder Detective (Channel 4)

[C69]

A three-part documentary about how the PSNI investigated the murder of journalist Lyra McKee.

Despite the Good Friday Agreement, policing Northern Ireland clearly remains a really tough task with some unique issues to tackle. Unsurprisingly, many of the officers' faces have been digitally altered to protect their identities.

The first episode was broadcast earlier tonight. The next two will be shown tomorrow and Friday.

Alternatively, all three are already available for streaming: https://www.channel4.com/programmes/the-murder-det...

Watched all 3 episodes, a tough watch. Unlikely anyone will ever be convicted of the murder unfortunately.

Just watching the second episode now. These officers work in incredibly difficult circumstances. Am I the only one being annoyed by the loud, "atmospheric" background music constantly being played making it difficult to hear/understand what's being said?
