Medical stuff isn’t usually my bag at all, I had never heard of this until I saw it won some awards recently (beating The Diplomat - one of my favourite modern tv series) and my Mrs suggested giving it a go.
Wow. We binged series 1 - each episode is an hour from a shift in an ER with the whole series effectively being one day.
It’s really quite brilliant. I didn’t recognise any of the actors from anything else but apparently the main guy was in ER 30 years ago. He’s superb. Like I say, medical stuff doesn’t usually appeal to me but he his is one of the best new series I’ve watched in years.
