No Country for Old Men

Saw this last week. I thought it was a great (if mental) film.

If anyone here has seen it, whats your opinion?

And did Sugar kill Carla Jean, or let her live?
I think he killed her, because when he left the house, he checked the bottom of both of his feet (checking for blood)??

Great film.

Anton Chigar (or however it is spelt) was one of the most menacing film bad guys ever.

The final Tommy Lee Jones monloque bit left me a little cold though.

And I agree totally, he is one of the most menacing "baddies" I have ever seen.
So many bits that I wasnt expecting....Excellent film.

True - also, lots of other Coen brothers 'classics' worth viewing as well.

Superb.

Think my other favourite Coen film is Millers Crossing.

Brilliant film till it ended, was severely disappointed with the ending, was left with the thought of "was that it?"

I was going to buy this at the weekend but wasn't sure about it, might pick it up if it's a bargain.

Truly excellent movie........ apart from the last 10 minutes. Just a massive anti climax. But up until then it was a great film and I would recommended it.

I agree

After watching it the first time, i had to watch the last 15 minutes again to see if i had missed anything. The ending seemed rushed, and left many questions

I quite like odd and thought provoking films but I was left a bit cold by this film but I've only watched it the once so I'm far from saying it's rubbish.
