James was as bad as Alistair Stewart's daughter the last time this was on.
What a waste of time even agreeing to the show. frown

The bit with the "buddy" should be interesting.

Interesting viewing for sure, second part tonight if anyone's interested (9pm Beeb 1).

I thought that 'Les Battersby' came across as a thoroughly decent bloke.

"Jamie" acted like an absolute tosser. What planet was he on in agreeing to do the show, and then walking out after refusing to try the tasks - he even threatened a charity worker with physical harm.

Privileged aristo - he was always going to act like someone who's always got his own way in everything.

Did they expect the celebs not to try and help?
And when they did get annoyed by?
How random.

I reckon that there will be record sales of the Big Issue today.

Overall the programmes were interesting, powerful viewing. I have a sneaking suspicion that the 'bust up' between the celebs and John Bird was staged, but other than that can't fault it really.

The Mrs and I vowed never to walk past a big issues seller again without buying one... if even a small percentage of people do this, the programme has done its job!
