Just watching the BBC I-Player coverage of Spinal Tap at Glastonbury, and I notice that the in-screen volume control goes up to eleven...

The iPlayer has always been like that, made me chuckle the first time I noticed it. Did you know your bones are actually green. Its like how your blood is actually blue in your veins wink

totally O/T but blood is always a shade of red from a dark maroon colour to bright red depending on the oxygenation level of the blood at the time. At no point is your blood blue. This may be a bit of a "whoosh!" moment on my part but I had to seriously explain this to a friend the other day!

Woosh moment, recommend you watch Spinal Tap soon wink. The iPlayer going up to 11 is also a reference.

Yeah I recognised the 11 comment (although it's always been like that, funnily I thought of spinal tap when I first used iplayer!) I don't remember any comments about blue blood in the movie but it has been years! I'm still pretty much in shock at having to explain in all seriousness to a 30 odd yr old!

I've got it on VHS so I'm equally screwed in that department. Might as well have it on Betamax.
