Those who was a child in the '80s may remember this sci-fi series. Used to scare me witless when I first watched it as a 7 year old kid.
Now they're remaking it which will premier in the States this Nov - can't wait!

Hope the remake is good and would be great if Channel 4 / E4 picks it up to show it in the UK sometime.

The actress who plays Anna (Morena Baccarin) is pretty hot lick

A friend of mine has all of V on DVD. I loved how half way through the last series they cut the budget and suddenly some of the cast just go missing and the special effects are reduced to footage from earlier episodes.

I remember that the Aliens voice's sort of echoed when they talked, but then suddenly in the next series they all spoke normally.

My friends Dad said it was because they just lost their accents. He explained that if we moved to a different part of the country more than likely we would lose our geordie accent and pick up the regional one there.

Yep I thought he was a cock too.

Co-incidentally I downloaded the whole series from iTunes a few months back.

It is like many brilliant shows from the era, an absolute pile of low end pap when you watch it nowadays. However, I’m not saying that I haven’t enjoyed watching it again. wink

Purchased two of these off of Amazon a couple of years ago for a friend, we watched them all in one go including V the final battle, amazing how it takes you back. I for one thoroughly enjoyed.
