For me that would be

Denzel Washington
(nothing against the guy himself, it's just the roles he tends to take)

Wesley Snipes
(same as above)

Sarah Jessica Parker, Keira Knightley and Kristin Scott Thomas
(I don't mind slim, but that's ridiculous and unpleasant to look at)

Jean Claude etc etc and the others
(Bruce Lee wrote the book on that stuff years ago)

Happily watch anything else apart from the dross that guy has done. The only two films he's done that have been bearable was Lord of War & Leaving Las Vegas - actually let me re-qualify that. Great films in spite of NC.
