iPlayer problem.

Can't get this weeks Question Time to download. I can stream it ok, but i want the download.
When i click on Download a pop-up box tells me that downloading information is being retrieved, but nowt happens.
Anyone know why? Had no probs downloading the Helicopter Heroes prog to see the TVR item.
