Did anyone was the episode when a "
" couple, as they were called just about every time they left their house, moved into an estate in bristol?
Never have I been so ashamed of my country.
10 year olds pelting a woman with a water balloon and threatening to slit her throat, shoot her head off, and finally when he was called out on it all he picked up a brick and threatened to smash her head in.
Only finally stopped by someone who saw it happening outside their window.
Then there was the 20somethings who thought it was ok to demand the couple walk in the road. Then when questioned one hit the man in the face. All on camera though, so I suspect he's quite fked now.
No jury in the world wouldn't make an example of him.
All in all disgusting behavior.
I will however admit that I don't think the attacks were a racially motivated as they made out. I think if a short person was walking along looking sheepish they would have been called short and treated in a similar way.
I think these people are just bullies who would pick on anyone who's alone.
This is excluding the guy that hit the man in the face. Racially motivated and wouldn't have happened if it was a white couple walking along.

OMG I've never seen anything like this. That little f
k who was so confident about taking her bag saying "don't make me draw for the gun"... ten years ago he'd have had a spud gun or a water pistol, but you'd be forgiven for believing he had a revolver in his jacket. And still didn't leave when the man shouted when he had the brick in his hand. Only when he came out to chase him off did he bolt. But he's in a family intervention project now so everything's all sweet again 
There was a little thought cross my mind when they were walking close to them that they might be going out and looking for this kind of thing. Nobody should feel that they should take an alternative route or be on the other side of the road, but I have crossed the road to avoid some dodgy characters before. I don't regard myself as a victim for that, it's just common sense. I got the impression that when walking past, they did so in a "bow my head, hope they'll ignore me" style, but this just attracts these bullies and maybe walking with head up might have had a different result, who knows.
Like the complainers say in the article, there are some nice and good people in the area, but if everytime you go out of the house, something like this happens it says a lot IMO.
Shocked at the behaviour of every one of these thugs, I stared open mouthed at the footage of the shop being robbed and the beatings the staff took.
These people should be rounded up in a big truck and sent for an extended course of basic armed forces training. Give them some moral values and sense of community cos they don't seem to get it from anywhere else.
