Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck,Tweetie Pie, Wylie Coyote

Were the much loved cartoons of my youth.

I haven't seen them in years. Who's screening them now?

And I know they are not WB creations, but where have Tom and Jerry gone?

You would be better of purchasing some DVD boxsets of Amazon or elsewhere as they are seriously well priced.

Look for Loony Tunes on the kids channels on Sky. They are still being shown

Rolf Haris used to host a very good programme on the Warner Brothers cartoons. As well as showing some of the classic animated shorts, he would explain the historical background behind some of the features. He also showed some cartoons that normally wouldn't be shown today because of racist or xenphobic atributes. It was really quite informative.

BBC's Arena also did a brilliant programme on the art of Chuck Jones. I wonder if it viewable anywhere on the net?

It's all on Boomerang, my boys favourite TV channel which is excellent as we can both laugh at them together.

Thanks for that, just what I wanted.. I've set Sky+ to record a few for me as they appear to be shown at ungodly hours
