Just a heads up that Spike Lee's '25th Hour' is on later tonight and is well worth a watch. Ed Norton is brilliant as ever, plus the 'Fu*k You" speech is epic!

Watched this, wasn't planning to but it was very good, got strangely drawn into it, next thing we'd watch over half of it so stayed to the end, wasn't after a late night though!

Same here! Thought it was a very good film. thumbup

I thought that Edward Norton's girlfriend looked familiar - she was the restaurant manager in Clerks II!

I was going to watch Crash (Cronenberg) as it's been donkey's since I'd seen it - bloody glad I didn't. I recorded it instead as I was watching 25th hour - watched about an hour of it today and turned it off; what a load of tosh. rolleyes

I thought it a shame they put it on so late - most people don't want to stay up until 1:50am even if it is a Friday night! For some silly reason I did stay up, despite owning the film on DVD.

There's the Spike Lee excessiveness as always, but this is at least backed up with excellent performances and a decent enough plot. Shame more won't have been able to see it. Maybe if they dropped bloody 'Strictly' and the like, they could improve their scheduling!
