I was told about this documentary on Friday night so I watched it on google video on Saturday - has anyone else watched this?

Now i'm a fan of a good conspiracy theory, I like my fiction books and anything thats a bit controversial but this documentary seemed to push it that little bit further.

I must admit it got me thinking, I really enjoyed it - my bro said there is a follow up called addendum which will be my next one to watch i think.

First bit about religion is quite good, then it goes right downhill.

I struggled with the first 10 minutes but then it picked up from there.
The religion bit was ok but the 9/11 stuff was a bit fked up - the theories of the towers coming down does ring true though, I can see their point.

Good film. Even if there are supposed innacuracies, it's purpose is to get you to challenge conventional ways of thinking.

Addendum first explains how farcical our monetary system is, then the second half is devoted to promoting the Venus Project, which proposes moving to a resource based economy. At first you may be turned off because it seems so wacky, but starts to make more sense the more you look into it.

There is another one worth looking at if you can find it, It's called "America: Freedom To Fascism" by a chap called Aaron Russo. That's got some interesting stuff in it about the Federal Reserve, central banks etc.

Finally watched this.
Yes it was very good, bit depressing. A lot of stuff I have already read aboot. Pearl Harbour etc. I did not know aboot the 1907 thing. Though the history of the US empire (and the British and any empire) is to make money and if millions die in a foreign land then so be it. It is easy to look at the past and see how millions were killed/let die in an effort to further profits, the uncomfortable bit is when you walk down the timeline and you end up in today's world and you realise nothing has changed. I remember watching (I think a M Moore) film where is showed a meeting of business who were greedily eyeing up contracts in the soon to be destroyed, invaded and occupied liberated Iraq...was pretty sick considering what happened next.
Lusitania, knew it, US businesses built the NAZI war machine, knew it. Will people in 100 years look back to today and think...bankers arranged situations to develop to keep central Asia in war in perpetuity...knew it.

Things that made me think towards the end? The US ID card...and the scary thing that people are already (voluntarily!!) being chipped!!
Also the North AMerican Union which will be a version of the EU. Never even heard of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue or the Central Asian Union...the conclusions at the end look more real when you view events as a whole, especially with MMGW as well.

Edit. After watching Empire of the Seas. And seeing hoe the War of Jenkins ear started a war, it is easy to see the use of the military and commerce shouting for war

This popped up on Netflix the other day. Enjoyed it, and Zeitgeist: Addendum then Zeitgeist Moving Forward.

Somewhat tinfoil hat but some interesting presentation of mostly known conspiracy theories.
