now that would be worth a look!
i thought city of god was excellent, but it is a few years old now so might look dated due to others taking the same lead or style.
i liked the real edginess of it and the graininess of it, and the fact that the characters were introduced and then disposed of, gave it that realistic pointlessness of the gang war situation. and the use of unknowns was a very good move.
not sure it stacks up to repeated viewing but certainly a credible effort
