As always with magic, the obvious way is how stuff is done, and the trick is to hide the obvious bits.

His street levitation trick was a fraud, and his card stuck on the window has someone sticking a card to the window when you are distracted.

How does he do that trick on a car when you can see there is nobody inside the car?

He stops this random woman in the street asks her to think of a name, then says she is thinking of a short name, then a name that could mean something else and then a taxi drives past with 'Dawn' written on the wing and she sees it as it drives past and it's the name she is thinking of.....

I've seen that one, although IIRC she doesn't see it, it just drives past in the background as she's saying the name, and the camera focuses on it for the audience's benefit.

She does not see it go past but it stops in the traffic and she turns round and sees it just before it set off again.

What about the 'dead' fly that comes to life and flies off? The coffee that turns into a cup full of coins and the headless chicken, that was a bit different too! Then the guy picks a card which goes into the pack which he drops to the ground and the guy then takes his boot off and the card is taken from inside the boot!
