Did anyone notice the Range Rover / Discovery mix up in Day Of the Triffids.

Masen and Jo Playton take a Trifoil Discovery back to London. Then about 51 mins in they set off again but in a Trifoil Range Rover. Then when they arrive and meet up with Torrence they are back in in a Disco.

I claim my PH anorak badge..smile

Also did you notice how the Cromwell Rd and Hammersmith flyover miraculously got cleared of derelict cars? One minute they were looking out of the Ark down at carnage on the A4 next moment they were driving along a clear road!

RR/ disco one initially got me thinking that the two models were too similar looking these days to justify extra cost of RR, then switch back happened again and I realised it was continuity error.
All mentioned on the other trifid thread too.

I noticed the swap, and the blue escort. Although I'm amazed I actually watched the whole thing, it was terrible IMO

This; a reasonable idea with potential for a good bit of telly plus a fairly good cast pissed away with st direction and dialogue that makes your kid's school panto look like Olivier in Henry V. Why/how did it get past the preview stage like this? Utter toilet.

Is this just a re-run of Survivors, only with dodgy looking 'shuffling' Yuccas?

no, it's a brand new thing; green/eco slant - check, cool/hip casting - check, location scouting by whoever did 28 days later - check, bks script and arse direction - check: full house! Is it just me, or did Izzard actually look and sound embarrassed to be uttering some of his lines?

Funny you should mention Survivors...

I'm sure the Warehouse where they bumped into the killer cabbages was used in Surviviors too.

Not sure I buy the "eco slant" criticism. It's some hippy tit who lets them out in the first place - a clear comparison with animal rights activists.
