Can I change Sky BBC region?

I have Sky HD, Samsung box. BBC/ITV London are 101/103. I'd rather these were Oxford as closer & more relavent to me. Is there any secret code or 'fiddle' I can carry out to do this please?

I thought other TV regions are towards the end of the channels 900+ ?

I can get the BBC there, but just wanted to change my 'home' location for convenience/lazyness..

I think Sky is done on postcode.
