Mrs Saleen has been trying to remember the name of a film she saw a clip of at the cinema, basic jist of said film is 2 old boys (best mates)live in a rough area, 1 gets killed by the scum that live in the area and the other has enough and goes on a sort ofvigilante sty;e spree killing the baddies.
Ring any bells with anyone?

It does sound like Harry Brown, I went to see it at the cinema and would recommend it - a good little film that keeps you entertained for the duration!

I hope you don't mind a bit of a thread hijack but I've got a couple of films that I have been trying to find the name out for ages but I've drawn a blank. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

1. From the 90's I think. Family build a bunker i their basement in case of nuclear disaster. A plane crashes onto their house and they think it is a nuclear strike, they emerge years later to find out it was a plane.

2. From the 80's. Landlord treats his tenants like st. His tenants make him live in the building so he turns up in his sports car and the locals proceed to strip it for parts. He agrees that the building needs some work and the locals rebuild his car for him. I think Danny Devito plays the landlord but I've searched and can't find anything.

Awesome guys, thanks very much. Both get pretty rubbish reviews but I've been trying to find out what they are called for so long it would be rude not to get the DVD's

Attractive women driving a sports car in slow motion, overtakes a truck but clips it, spins out and ends up getting killing by the truck crashing into her...

What film!?

You sure it's a woman/women driving? As it sounds awfully like Intersection with Sharon Stone and Richard Gere:

Um, no!

Apparently, the twist at the end is that she's the main character mother, or wife, or something?

Not much help, I know!
