When I clicked on this thread, I was thinking "surely this can't be about that film from 20 years ago?"
Great film, credible in its day and I always though they should have used it as a quasi 'youth education film', as it was far better at getting a lot of important mesaages (safe sex, how stupid you look when you drink too much etc etc) across to teens that any purpose-made film with that intention (which always lacked credibility, and came across like your parents trying to educate you about such things)
