I'm gob-smacked at some of the claimants on this programme - do you think it is worth putting a claim in for being gob-smacked?

Stupid, STUPID parents suing their child's old school! IDIOTS!!!

If my parents had sued my school every time I fell over in the playground, it wouldn't have been able to AFFORD the frickin' Elastoplasts to tape up my scabby little knees!

I had to laugh just then at just how insincere the female council investigator sounded when she said "oh dear" to the woman telling her about how she still had to take pain killers after falling over a paving slab!!!

The sad thing is there are now a lot of people watching who will try putting a claim in after seeing how easy it is and how much they will get.

Give me strength. I missed the beginning of this, did that bloke use the razor when it was clearly broken or did it break when you was using it in a normal manner?

I woman is making a claim because she was hit by a twig. fk me I've seen it all now. Too bad she wasn't struck by lightning. Taking a School to court is outrageous as far as I'm concerned, the pressure schools are under to meet there already tightning budgets means every other pubil goes without just so little Wayne can pursue his Chelsea dream. Bloody scummers.

The razor chap has just admitted
ON FILM that the scar doesn't really bother him or cause him any problems and he's already got a
whacking great big one on his chin.

End of case.

Nice to see the inspector for the council has a bit of sense about him.
