YUP! Been waiting for this one for months now, come out already!!!
Is gonna be immense, i haven't been this excited about a film since 300, and that turned out to be the best film ever, fingers crossed i'm not let down by my own expectations with this one, but i get a feeling 300 is about to lose its top spot.

Saw it last night with Kit, was absolutely awesome.
One of the best films I have seen in years, the play-off between ridiculous comic book characters, gritty crime/violence and and a fairly average setting/people makes for an excellent combination.
Trying not to ruin it but the scene with Hit-Girl and the strobe light is one of the greatest comic book film fights ever and Kick Ass's ass kicking is just perfect film making.
First must see film since District 9 and the best superhero film ever.

"shows over motherf***ers"
The first proper K-A fight with The Prodigy "Omen", kind of says something about todays f'kd up society... Just love it...

Let the right one in is an amazing piece of work. Not sure I'll be able to bring myself to see the american version but saw kick ass last night and Hit Girl stole the show, loved Nic Cage's Adam West impersonation too!
It was littered with comic references. Superman, Batman, Spiderman. As Matthew Vaughn said, this is a love letter to all comic book characters.Dave even tucks away a copy of Watchmen into his bag!! I love the bit when they ask " Hey, has anyone realised that Dave is never around when Kick Ass in on TV" He even takes the glasses off and wears the suit under his shirt!!
