Another vote for the Mikado advert. 
ETA- the "Dangerous Brothers" adverts for Carling were probably the best ever. Surfer in the pub and pint of aftershave, for me, though Dambusters was excellent too.
But, in truth, the Lurpak Baked Potato advert, "Just show it some respect" deserves a mention. No shouty people, no nasty catch-phrases or jingles, no headaches for the viewer. I've bought it ever since.
