Fair enough.

I thought it was a damp Mad Max in every way.

EFA. yes Not quite the worst film I've ever seen, nor is it Costner's worst film. But it is piss poor.

To be fair, it's worth watching for a scantily dressed Jeanne Tripplehorn. lick

I actually thought it was pretty good too, kind of.

Damp Mad Max... The perfect description... I like this film. Yes, it was a huge failure, but who cares. Good film. Real escapist stuff.

Saw it in the cinema and thought it was pretty good. I was 13 at the time though. Doesn't seem like 15 years ago...

I know the movie received poor reviews from just about everywhere, but I quite enjoyed it..

It was OK. How bad/good it was, was blew out of proportion because of the cost and Costner's attitude.

As apocalyptic future films go, it was enjoyable, mid-range fare.

watch basic instinct when she gets bent over the sofa and buffered by MD with her tits pretty much hanging out.

You are entitled to your opinion. But you are wrong. It's poor..

Why?

People always seem to slag it off but can never actually say why.

I quite like it, cheesy rubbish but at least mildly entertaining.

It hasn't got that much going for it really. It was too long and too much like it wanted to be Mad Max on water instead of the desert.

I know it is silly, but I prefer films with little quips in them.

I think it's because they are not into canals and narrowboats, plus Timothy West should get a hair cut.

Oh, I see! That Waterworld.

I'm easily confused you know.
