Adding then cancelling Sky channels

My FiL is coming to stay for a couple of weeks, to make his stay a bit more enjoyable for him and also catch the title run in is it possible to add Sky Sports for a month then cancel?

New terms & conditions were published about a month ago and I've a feeling that you can't do this anymore, unfortunately I can't find the buggers now!
