Project A, for one. The bicycle chase sequence is fantastic.

ermm The Cannonball run??
Seriosly, here are a few good ones:
"Who am I" has some great stunts- a fight with clogs (think of kicking a clog into the face of a baddie, spinning around to kick another, and when the clog bounces off the baddie, he keeps spinning around, puts the clog back on and runs off. And an incredable stunt at the end invovling the outside of a building.
And a great car chase
There's also one from the early 90s (late 80s) set in a garage with Countach, etc and a fight amongst the ramps.
Take them at face value, marvel at the timing and they are incredable films. Try to follow the plot (his niece is in trouble. Again???) and they are daft

I think thats Thunderbolt or Thunderball iirc. He races an FTO against an R32 GTR at the start.Seriosly, here are a few good ones:

For me anything Rumble in the Bronx onwards and his old school kung fu stuff are not worth watching as it all becomes a bit Hollywood and generic 'you killed my family, hook up with a drunk who teaches him kung fu for a week and then he beats seasoned masters' lol.
All his best stuff was in the 80's, the Police Stories, Meals on Wheels and anything with Him, Sammo Hung and Yeun Biao in

I would say though myself the Aussie made films
Final Project. aka "Jackie Chan's First Strike"

Wheels on Meals is rather good and is legitimately on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgOtOHUcjAM
There's a funny old woman with a Starion and hardly subtle product placement.

He is also doing a remake of the Karate Kid with one of Will Smith's kids.
