Hope it's not a repost (well it sort of is, as I just posted a link on this thread) but I thought it worth sharing.
Long story short is it's a 20 minute long (or thereabouts) documentary about an american film crew getting into North Korea, it's all a bit mental as you'd expect.

Very intriguing video. Didn't realise you could get a working VISA. I thought the best chance of going there was a touring VISA from South Korea and then being stuck with a guide for a few days.
This is a good blog of travelling by train (very difficult) to/through North Korea.
I guess the foreigner hotel rooms are mostly filled with African arms dealers and Chinese diplomats ?
