It's either "Armour of God" or "Meals on Wheels". I'm goona say Armour of God.
The white guy has a considerable amount of padding under his shirt I seem to recall.

My mistake - he had shorter hair in Armour of God (and a big hole in his skull).

Dunno about that - one of his greatest fight scenes ever. I must have worn out the VCR having rewound and played it frame-by-frame who-knows-how-many-times. Yes, I'm sad like that

It is definately Wheels on meals. That was a good fight scene, I do prefer his earlier stuff though, it is more "pure". Great Movie though.
