Remember that was the early 80s. Now there is things like the citizens advice bureau, direct.gov and watchdog who all offer help and advice. The A-team are not really needed these days...

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie, it was better than I expected after reading some negative reviews.

Why would anyone want to contact the A-Team?

Considering they were supposed to be a crack military unit, they expended vast amounts of ammunition in every episode yet the never actually shot anybody. Not a single one.

No wonder they lost Vietnam.

I did hear it was something to do with the show being rated as a kids show and not being allowed to show people getting shot or something.

Yeah! 1000s of rounds on fully automatic and then the baddies would dust themselves down and limp off.

I'm reminded of the Viz Top Tip that went to the effect: "American villains! When you capture the A-team immediately shoot all of them in the head. On no account lock them and their van in a tool shed full of angle irons and welding equipment"

Fing is... who do you hire if you have a problem, if no one else can help and it's the A-Team who are hassling you?

When I was a kid, I probably shouted at the TV what loads of England fans shouted at Rob Green:
Don't put them in there!

Saw this during the week and I must say it was far better than I thought it would be. The action is stupidly over the top but it really is funny. Murdoch is inspired casting and without doubt gets all the best lines in the film.
