Desmond buys Channel Five

It seems Richard Desmond has bought Channel Five.

It will add to his extensive collection of TV programs including the hit channels of Television X and Red Hot.

Does this mean it will become a mix of celeb tat (OK! Magazine part) and porn?

Super. NCIS is one of the few programmes I look out for. Now with adverts for 'cahncil' scrubbers. Joy.

I do actually quite like NCIS, CSI, etc as well as the gadget show.

So it isn't all bad.

I don't think he has diversified from his barbers shop to running a TV channel.
