New TV, £400-500, Full HD..
Discussion
Hey guys. I think it is about time I shunned the old CRT widescreen Panasonic in the family room and purchase my first HD TV. Having being subscribed to Virgin HD for a long while now and the gurning to watch Blu Rays is ever increasing, it now has to be done.
Looking to spend no more than £500, screen size around 32", Full HD, Decent Sound (I have heard some are really tinny?), the option to add a theater system with Blu Ray and extra speakers at a later date, good picture quality. What do you guys recommend? Am I asking for too much with my budget? As to which brand isn't a major concern but would rather avoid the likes of Sanyo, Becko, Hitatchi, Goodmans ect.. Im quite fond of Sony and Panasonic.

- ETA - I read plasma's have a better picture quality, are plasma's in my price range any better than an LCD?
