Disappointing. frown
I had really hoped it would be better than it was. The CGI was poor, some of the fights were just terrible, too much slow motion stuff, very little in the way of special 3D effects, etc.

Maybe I need to watch it again, but I don't think that will help me to like it much more.

Went to watch this friday and thought the 3d/graphics were awful. But then realised that my 3d glasses weren't working hehe

I agree about the too much slow-mo stuff thoughfrown

Not what I wanted to read.

I love the Resident Evil films and was looking forward to seeing this one.

Me too. I love them. I'd say it's worth watching still smile I didn't walk out feeling as disappointed as some films recently.

There have been worse films for sure, but in terms of Resident Evil movies, this is the worst.

I just wish they'd actually made it in the style of the games, not this slow mo martial arts rubbish. Having said that the first one was good (puts you off getting in a lift for quite a while) but still had little to do with the source material

I hope it was better than the last one. I always thought 2 was the best, the 1st film was okay and the third a dissapointment.

I was not expecting that much of it to begin with, mainly due to all the £D hype in the adverts. Personally I don't think that is a way to sell a film to the audience, wow 3D makes up for everything.

So went and watched it with an open mind, not expecting a great deal except a bit of Mila + zombie action. I have to say I did enjoy it for many reasons, including the use of the 3D effect at points.

Ok, the story is not the greatest but it does link to the game quite closely. So it is a brain out film, but it did lack something.

Would I watch again? Yes, but only because I have an unlimited card.
Would I buy it on DVD? Yes, but only when £3 at Tesco in 6months.

6/10

I saw this today... not the best of the franchise, but a good enough reason to eat a bucket of popcorn.

Thought the ending was bit annoying though. 6/10 for me.
