Problems with sky for past few months

Hi everyone.
Does anyone have an email for someone high up in sky because i am getting fed up with the customer service i am getting at the moment regarding double charges, messing up direct debits, canceling accounts and just a total lack of interest in my problems

not for some months now. you just get a delivery notification failure.
