Yes, I heard about this - a friends of mine is a D.O.P and says that this is just the beginning, many of the comic book character films are going to be shot in the UK, nice shots though!

'tis true.

My sister in law works for the guy who owns the majority of the street, and she was on set today just for a nose.

It was also his properties used for Sherlock Holmes. Not sure it is the same buildings though.

Superman 1 & II largely shot at Pinewood, as was the Star Wars Trilogy, lots more too.

Yes indeed true, but has been a bit of a lull in major Hollywood blockbusters being shot here, as far as I'm aware, it's not my strong point though so I'm open to being wrong!

Excellent to see stuff coming back!

Incidentally did you know you could hire the Lucas soundstage for about £800 a day!?
