To be fair, if you have gay tendencies (and they say many straight men do) then you'll find "gayness" in any thing.

To me it's a film about jets, bikes and shagging the female instructor.....but I have nothing against men that fixate on locker room scenes that Scott put in for the women but have been latched onto by people who are 80% hetro.

Scott has said many times he was told to stick it in for girls that got dragged along to see the film... Not really his fault that gay men see it as homoerotic!
