Despicable Me, 3D only?

After seeing the trailers for this, I really want to go and see it, and it opens pretty much everywhere next week, but I only seem to be able to find it showing in 3D, is there not a non 3D version of it? (or am I gonna have to wait for the DVD)

I really can't go and watch 3D films, as they make me ill, and it seems that more and more these days are being made in the 3D format. Does anyone know if this is going to be 3D only? (I have googled and googled and can only find reference to 3D)

Not only the fact that they make some people ill, it's the bleedin' cost.

I take my 3 nippers to the 2D versions now to save cash as they are not bothered about the 3D.
