I'm a big fan of Tarrantino, so I'm gonna have to say the car chase in Deathproof. Although, Ronin is a great chase and slightly (ahem) more realistic.

Less a chase and more a race, but the original 1976 Gumball Rally sequence in the Los Angeles river is probably the best ever.

Although the sequence at the beginning of The Cannonball Run, where the Pontiac Police car chases the Countach is utter genius.

I like the part in one of the Taxi films where he is held up by a full on rally car.

That film is one of the reasons I quite want a 406, despte it's rubbishiness.
