Classic cartoons

I remember when there would be a spare 5 mins in the schedule and they would throw on a Disney, a Warner Brothers or a Tom and Jerry or a Droopy or a Woody Woodpecker (I could go on)

Watching Who Framed Roger Rabbit made me think of all the greats, that could make you roll with laughter. Now I can't recall when the last time I watched on at 5 on a Saturday afternoon or just before the news usually, or for a Disney ones before a Disney compilation show.

Warner Brothers were head and shoulders above the rest when it came to pure anarchy and humour.

Chuck Jones was king.

They just had a classic Disney toon on Five, it was the one with Mickey, Donald and Goofy in a haunted house, it was ace, reminded me of being small again. Wish they would put more stuff like this on the telly. I might be do do with the Disney film Five is showing this afternoon.
