Pandora or Anna Vissi or Kylie Minogue or Trick Pony or Bob Dylon or Dave Barnes or Caro Emerald....

I suspect that it's Caro Emerald, seeing as she appears to be on the current Radio 2 playlist http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/music/playlist/

Kylie Minogue has a song out with that title and she's played a lot on Radio 2.
