Can I mention books here?

Morning People. I'm not sure if this is the right section but here goes. Books. Not a great reader to be honest, more of a holiday, beach sort of a reader but I've grown to like a few authors and wondered if anyone can help point me in the direction of another set? I'm about to start book 4 in a series by Richard Montanari. Books revolve around 2 cops, young female, Jessica Balzano, and an experienced guy, Kevin Byrne, Phillidephia, solving hard hitting murders.

Really enjoyed them so far but I believe book 4 is the latest and I'm looking for another author. Ideally would like something along the same scenario, i.e. crime solving, that also contains the same characters throughout the series? I've also enjoyed the Camel Club series by David Baldacci so that might give you some sort of idea as to the style I like?

Any pointers would be great.

Thanks, Simon.

No. We watch TV, films and listen to the radio because we can't read, you'll make us feel even more inadequate.
