Sounds like it could be quite interesting
"Normally I don't do follow-ups. But I'd made an exception in this case because of an e-mail I'd received from one of the fire-breathing young zealots I'd interviewed on my first trip, announcing she'd left the church. She cited our conversations as one of the influences
She had now changed her life, found a boyfriend and had zero contact with anyone still inside the church, including her family. A little research revealed that several others I'd met on my first visit were also now apostates. This included Steve's own daughter, Lauren."

Will certainly be viewing this.
Saw the first and like any normal person I was at a loss with what I saw, maybe therewas some playing up for the camera but frankly I really doubt it.
The Disconnect from your family is very unpleasant which seems to be quite a common trait. Of course sadly family disconnects happen without any extreme religious beliefs so you have to wonder would they have disconnected anyway? Who knows.
I find his style very smart - playing dumb asking stupid questions and because of this dumb sounding nature he gets away with it and sometimes they open up. Shocking what some of them reall believe.

I don't it as Louis playing dumb, he just wants to get to the root of everything, which I think is the best kind of reporting, he just asks endless questions and eventually people will answer, because people love talking aboot themselves when in the right mood.Great logic there
No, they are equal opportunities in their bile and hatred
