Anyone else as excited about this as I am?

Been looking forward to it for a while now, and reviews seems to be very positive... To help with my need for a fix of Samurai goodness I have just ordered this:



Fully remastered and am... (re)'aqcuiring' the complete Afro Samurai series...

Should be seeing 13 Assassins on Thursday with Gretch

Despite the TV campaign saying out on Friday, the only times I have found are for previews this Tuesday and further, more widespread, previews on Thursday. So get in there if you fancy seeing it on the big screen

I saw this at the weekend and found it to be a B grade (at best) movie. It was very graphic in scenes and the story had a very slow build up. It is not one of the greats of its genre IMO.

I agree it was just 'not bad' IMO, I'm not a big fan of Samurai films though. If you have seen anything by Takashi Miike before I'd have thought you'd expect it to be pretty graphic btw.
