I read about this last week. Speed read: "Council of Europe" then "European Convention on Human Rights"..
Say no more. These 'people' are really trying to kill progress aren't they?
I suppose if the wheel had been just discovered they would draft a 10,000 page document about the dust, weight and possible side effects of over use.
By the way, how many people have actually stopped using their mobile phone after these scares?
What cracks me up even more is the mothers who protest about the placing of transmitters near schools etc. and yet give their 10yr old a mobile phone. Then they rush home to their laptop via wireless.
Last thought. I know its very high off the ground but Crystal Palace has been pumping out kilowatts for decades in a high density area. How many cases of cancer have their been around it?

Or perhaps the Elf In Safety will provide a stonking Faraday Cage for each person to move around in...so a mobile one at that...after all the web says that "a Faraday cage is mostly used to shield occupants from electromagnetic waves which may kill people" and the web knows, you know.

Anyway, the required wave free areas have already been created - The London Underground network.
Maybe they can open a side tunnel or something and lock the people who think up this nonsense inside ?

I don't want to pour ice cold water and dilute your boiling piss chaps but there ARE such people who are extremely sensitive to electromagnetic waves.
I have a colleague who suffers from this, her office is shielded, her PC sits in some sort of metal box, she has some special screen. She only uses mobiles for very short duration, if we have a meeting we all turn our mobiles off and everyone except the presenter puts laptops on standby.
If we don't then she can go really red in the face like an allergic rash and can get really quite ill. Places like airports and so on are quite difficult for her to lead a normal life, and it definitely is not all in the mind.
So frankly take your boiling piss and pour it down your uneducated Daily Mail infused necks.

So does she go red in the face from sunlight hitting her ? That's also electromagnetic radiation.I have a colleague who suffers from this, her office is shielded, her PC sits in some sort of metal box, she has some special screen. How far does she live from other people or nearby mobile phone masts ?
Or is it only specific frequencies ?
All these different devices operate on completely different frequencies and wavelengths. Unlikely that they all affect her in the same way - and if it does, it is more likely to be power of suggestion.
You can prove me wrong by linking to actual medical evidence pointing to whatever syndrome your colleague suffers from.
Can't comment on an individual case.
In general there are all manner of reasons for symptoms appearing and disappearing - paying somebody attention makes them feel psychologically better and so physically better, psychosomatically.
Eliminating all emr isn't possible in anything remotely resembling even a protected daily existence so if there is high sensitivity and a strong general reaction it should be present all the time.
