Hope the mods let this thread run.
She is going to Cadbury World, had an email saying they're speaking to her parents.
She will be swimming with sharks thanks to an aquarium.

DownUnder.

This is actually quite inspiring, equally saddening though. My dad has just been diagnosed with the same disease.

Let's hope London Aquarium contact her then so she can swim with sharks.

Such bravery, and from one so young.

I must admit that I felt it was a very modest list. As you say, it looks like she will have it fulfilled soon enough.

Wasn't there a young lad on here who had a similiar list, but it included getting taken out for passenger rides in some nice cars? Anybody know how that lad is?

I believe that was a members relative that has since passed away. As far as I know the cars did show up and it was at a hospice that was helping to treat the condition. Very sad.

Truly inspirational story, not often I fall victim to stories which tug on the heart strings like that (not because I'm heartless, just there's so many out there), but I'll certainly help out with one or two of the things on her list. Have the details of how to get in touch with her folks been published?

Very, the covers come off easily enough. TBH I'd be surprised if Apple UK or a reseller don't step up.

I not much of a twitter'er but I saw this on twitter and though oh yeah what are the chances of this being true!

Now I've seen the blog i have to say what an incredible thing to have happened, it just show how sometimes just a small gesture can mean so much to someone.

Every time I read stuff like this it makes me realise that you should appreciate what you do have, rather than worrying about what you don't have and things that have happened that you can no longer change.

So sad that someone so young should even have to know what a bucket list is...as others have said, not a particularly OTT list by any stretch of the imagination so hopefully she will get to do most/all of the things on there.

Got a reply -

Alice's email said:
Alice thanks you for your message. She has now had most of her wish list fulfilled. If you would like to do something positive to help Alice then please ask all your contacts to register as a bone marrow donor.
Great that people have made the bulk of this list happen so quickly for her smile

Well done.
Quite a simple list, I hope the young lady gets all she wants and more.

For me the most important wish on that list is for people do sign up to join the Bone Marrow Registry, I hope that message doesn't get lost along the way.
