Did you read the article? There was precious little "medical" diagnosis and more "judgement" by so called peers.

Are you honest inferring a causal relationship between skin colour and unemployment?

In Rotherham women from Pakistani backgrounds are expected to be homemakers rather than workers.

In Birmingham Afro-Caribbeans and Pakistanis are more likely to be long term unemployed than whites and Indians.

What the causal link is between employment and skin colour is I do not know, but there are definitely differences between the races.

Maybe something like "Enforced Sterilisation Scandal" or "Eugenics in 70s USA". As it is, neither the thread title nor your opening post revealed the topic of discussion. It wasn't until I followed the link that all became clear.
