laugh FFS yeah foster care is far better than being adopted by a relative. Yeah can't adapt to Yorkshire.

Can somebody tell me what Yorkshire culture is? fked if I know.

Social workers put two children in to foster care for months because they feared the youngsters would not be able to adapt to Yorkshire culture, it has emerged.

In what was described by one lawyer as one of the 'most bizarre' social services decisions they had ever encountered, the boy and girl were put into care in Hampshire 200 miles away from the White Rose county.
Social workers believed the pair would feel 'isolated' if they were sent to live with a relative in the north

Not a Yorkie but born and bred a Lanc.

The perception of some (if not most) southerners is that all Northerners are flat cap-wearing, whippet-breeding, black pudding eating illiterates who never went outside of their valley is a stereotype that should have died out with the advent of the steam engine.

So there.

You shandy-drinking poofters. hehe

p.s. Please not the use of capitals.

Pork pies, whippets and flat caps. Even the thought of it makes my toes curl. To send them up north would be akin to child abuse and definitely a breach of their human rights. I would rather send a refugee back to Somalia where he would be guaranteed to be tortured and executed.

You are quite right, but you forgot the pigeon loft, coal in the bath and all voting labour. And that's the nice bits.

No flat caps, whippets or pork pies.

They would eat a healthy diet of chips and there would be no 'akin' to anything we just go straight to child abuse. thats why were hard. never did me any harm.

I suddenly feel positively faint. Anyway, back later. I have to take my pet Northerner for a walk. He's not house-trained, yet.
