Always thought that The News of The Screws and The Sun were both nasty little rags and never read them, but I continued to buy the Sunday Times.

Not any more.

It's a scary that The Sun is the most read newspaper in the UK. . .I used to read the times online up until that pay wall came up. . .so I guess I already have abandoned them!

So, we are supposed to boycott both papers because they are st?? That's hardly a valid reason to ask an internet forum to boycott a newspaper is it?? I support newcastle united when it comes to football type things, and to be honest, on a good day they aren't bad, but invariably they are st, but i dont boycott them because of it, or should i??

I'm pretty sure NOTW and the Sun share stories. . .they are one and the same in my eyes.

Kidnapped then murdered - NOTW logged into her mobiles voicemail (they use the work hacked but its not really) and listened to the messages whilst the police hunted for her. They even deleted some messages which raised the families hopes that she might be alive and had just run away... Full story is out on the web.

Exactly. It's to do with morality. Or does liking cars and/or bikes somehow exempt you from needing morals, Snowy?

I like boobies, too.

Maybe not for this forum but I've had nothing to do with them since they erected a 'pay wall' around the Times. Torygraph for me now......their loss, not mine.

No, of course it doesnt, but just because the paper is st, and lacks morals, is that any reason to ask an internet forum's members to boycott it?? Anyway, it doesnt matter, as most people in here can make up their own minds, whereas, sadly, i live with people who think the screws, and the sun, are the last word in decent jounralism
