AA Guilty of descrimination

As a diabetic myself I have been taking an interest in these things and come accross this today on a website for diabetics.

It does look like the AA has lost the plot a little in making thier intentions so clear.

i hate it when firms try this stuff.
and whats the point of wanting less skilled staff? a business like that is dependant on the skillset of their patrolmen and any monetary savings will be neutralised by jobs taking longer and customers being unhappy.

i bet the top management have somehow managed to give themselves huge rises through all this.
