George Hinchcliffe was the tour manager for Alan Peglers illfated Flying Scotsman tour of the USA.After Scotsman was mothballed in the US pending claims by creditors it was Hinchcliffe who at the request of McApline went and sorted the deal to see Scotsman shipped back to the UK.
