Nicola Edgington had already brutally stabbed her own mum to death and stabbed a neigbour as well.

Does a few years inside and is allowed to roam the streets to kill again.

My OH works in an opticians in the Broadway and had just got into the shop when that happened. As soon as the Police said it was a random attack we guessed the perp would have form. Very sad, that poor woman's family must be inconsolable.
