...from a new contract with a dubious corruption-ridden foreign jurisdiction:

Obviously doing it from the goodness of his heart, bless him.

Worth £50 million, they say. Good on him.

Really? I hope he dies a horrible and painful death for what he did to our country.

I trust he's giving away over 90% of his vast fortune to the poor and spreading the wealth.

He did fk all to the country.

The country did what it did to the country on the social and domestic front. The chap with the purse strings did what he did on the economic front.

Some of you must live very different lives to me if any politician apart from the chap with the purse strings affects your life very much.

Cloud fking cuckoo land with brass fronted knobs on.

Are you mental? This linked our nation ever more to Bush and his wars for oil against terror, caused us to be even more hated and at risk from a large proportion of the world, linked public services to his mates and funders in private industry saddling us with ludicrous PFI bills whilst enriching his allies in Capita et al and built a bloody big nest he's now busy feathering using our national reputation as the spit and twigs.

Who do you think appointed Clown as chancellor of purse strings and allowed him to stay there fking or economy, for his own cowardly and expedient political interests. Not Bliar?

You are Cheri Blair aicmfp.

I hope you not allowed to vote due to your mental issues. You clearly have no memory or concept of how Blair fked our country and should be in jail for fraud and deception.

Pleasant not to hear someone from the right on pistonheads, I find it hard to believe any other government would have made anything better, especially with the apparant progress of the last 12 months.

Sorry but give respect where it is due, his first term in office he did a lot of good.I'm saying this as a tory as well.

A lot of the bad came from Gordon Brown, and if you think the PM gets to choose his chancellor like picking teams for a football game you are sadly mistaken.

Is this the same first term I remember?

Bliar gave his early blessing to former porn merchant A Campbell who was empowered to give orders to mandarins, this poisonous individual was a political appointee paid from public funds in the manner of a civil servant. That was a disgrace.

Bliar also gave us the Oooman Royts carp in the form now being abused by murderers and terrorists but filling his wife's pockets, along with the commie newt fancier in Bliar's recreated post of London Mayor, and the Millennium Dome.

Whether you blame the Clown or Bliar, he also presided over the introduction of 'no tax increases' or whatever the spin was that conned so many gullible people into voting for Bliar, and looked on as private pensions were wrecked by the fool next door.

Blair is a ghastly creature. He and Mandelson made Brown look like a mere beginner.

The catch was, he was doing it for himself and for nobody else. With God's help of course. The shallow inadequacies of the man are highlighted by his "conversion" to Roman Catholicism about 15 seconds after leaving 10 Downing St.

If it suited his interests IMO he'd be just as likely to turn up in a kippot or a turban.

Blair's main sin was his utter disrespect for our traditional democratic processes. He seemed to think that by being smiley and affable ("Call me Tony") he could sneak in some of the most undemocratic reforms ever seen. He very nearly had an Enabling Act pushed through which would have removed the need for Parliamentary debate and voting on key legislation.

He disregarded his cabinet whenever possible and committed the country to war based on lies and deceit.

The guy was a wolf in sheeps clothing - extremely dangerous in my opinion.

Delete all the ones that were to do with the chancellor, then rewrite that list.
