He was 60 stone, he's now 30...he's still morbidly obese by quite a stretch.

Some perfect logical responses in the Daily Soov story . . . . . IMHO the best of which was "if he was spending £30k a year on take aways, why doesnt he just use that money to pay for the operations"

Good to see a slightly more healthy BMI but the unfortunate 'left high and dry' phrase has a hint of beached whale about it.

I tell you what. Airlift him to the sea of Japan and if he makes it to the shore without being hunted and mistaken for a whale by Japanese whaler, we'll pay for his operation.

Other than that he should not be so bloody demanding and ungrateful.

NHS bosses have refused to perform cosmetic surgery, insisting that he needs to maintain a stable weight before it can be considered
NHS bosses have refused nothing. They are simply saying wait a while. Seems logical really as if he is still 30st he will just be having the same op in a few months when he has lost the rest. Looks like there is probably a good few stone of spare skin on him.

If they simply pumped all the fat from the lower half of his body to the upper half, he'd be properly powerfully built.
